Your challenge:

  • You are confident working with large budgets. You are decisive and are able to take swift action on gigantic changes that have impact on millions of users;

  • You identify opportunities and threats in the enormous amount of Display, Social and Video data. You are able to translate this to actions to improve our results and you are able implement together with the team;

  • You are the owner of the Programmatic roadmap and are able to formulate key projects to make the subject matter ready for the future. You are able to break down these complex projects to implementable small steps;

  • Knowledge is paramount to you. You strengthen the Programmatic subject with your team, being able to transfer everything that you learn to others. The definition of a good day is a day in which you’ve learnt something new;

  • You are at the forefront of Display, Social and Video paid advertising innovation. Incrementality, automation, experimentation , measurement frameworks, attribution and data integration are all topics you have thought long and hard about;

  • You are the internal programmatic champion – you are able to convince other departments of the importance of this subject and autonomously demonstrate on how it can make the entire business better. You have no difficulty in levelling to a controller, a buyer or a marketing director;

  • Accuracy & creativity is your thing. You understand the impact and magnitude your work has, millions of people are watching, engaging and hopefully ideally converting (direct or indirect) through your ads. Small changes lead to great results and you cherish this within your work;

  • Your team is ambitious and so are you. You have the urge to get things done and to elevate the programmatic channels to the highest possible level;

  • You understand the Pareto principle and apply it to everything that you do in this domain. You prioritize your work based on business impact;

  • You lead by example, set out the goals are able to demonstrate how it’s done and define them together with your team.

As Lead Programmatic you have the following competences:

  • A Bachelor degree within Marketing/Strategy/Business;

  • A demonstrable track record of Programmatic successes;

  • Analytical and strong self-starting ability;

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Display, Social and Video advertising (together programmatic);

  • You have experience in coaching and developing other specialists;

  • Experience with feed management tooling such as Channable;

  • Experience with DV360, (preferably) Smartly, Meta’s Ads Manager, GA360, Google Tag Manager, extra points if you have Big Query experience;

  • Resilient to tight deadlines and working under pressure;

  • Able to translate complex topics to understandable presentations to get things done;
